What do you think about the products which were being produced in the video? Would the 'common' middle class person in the Victorian Era (1900's) have access to the types of baked treats being produced in the video? Why or why not? If not baked treats - what did the middle class person start to have access to more easily (that they didn't as much before the Victorian Era). Pancake Reflection. Final Practical Exam - Pricing Lesson via Save On App/Website.  Use Teams Recipe Grocery List - to complete full pricing re: all ingredients required re: your final practical exam assignment. 

Pancake Lab Cooking Day!  Remember:  Lab Group Assignments -  Head Chef Prep Cooks x 2 Dishwasher IMPORTANT!!!!  Only 1 group member to teacher station to pick up your lab group bin - with aprons, cloths, additional product items. One member of your group to get your recipe duo tang for reference. * Head Chef. Once your group has prepped pancakes PLEASE be very careful putting them in the oven.  Prep Cooks OR Dishwasher - prep/set your tables while pancakes being cooked by head chef. Plates/cutlery/Syrup etc.  At the end of the lab all group members to assist with final clean up, final sanitization of counters and sweeping of your area.  All used aprons and dish towels to the front laundry hamper for washing.
