Sample questions (please feel free to add you own below - TTOC) What do you think about the equipment that was made available/provided to the bakers in this video? What do you think about the products which were being produced in the video? Would the 'common' middle class person in the Victorian Era (1900's) have access to the types of baked treats being produced in the video? Why or why not? If not baked treats - what did the middle class person start to have access to more easily (that they didn't as much before the Victorian Era).
