Attendance. Please go (or send a student) to get laptop cart #2 from the library while the TTOC shows the video below.  TTOC - please show the following video to students. Use the remote to turn on the projector then on the teacher mac press the small 3 lines with 3 dots (very top right hand side of the screen). You will then be prompted for a classroom selection to stream - select Foods 218. Any issues - contact Mr. Wilson in the library - phone list behind the teacher desk. He can pop down to assist with tech should you so need.  Cross Contamination Video Below. Students: Time to work on shooting & finishing our Safety Commercial Projects When you are done your shoot each member of your team must upload your completed video to: Teams Assignment 2 Recommend air dropping your video to each other and then uploading your video via your phones. If you do not have a phone please check in with Ms. P regarding utilizing the library computers for your drop and upload. This the last full class for this assignment.

Attendance Safety Lesson Safety in the kitchen - a review - pay attention! There will be a quiz next week on hand washing, kitchen safety and dishwashing protocol! (which I will review below as well).  Show Video Below: Safety In The Domestic Kitchen - Food Technology A Kitchen Safety item/aspect will be assigned to you to focus on for your group poster project. Each group - max 4 people. In lab groups pls. Note the lab group letters around the room. There is also a lab group E and F (middle table groups).  Groups:  A - Hand Washing B - Hygiene - Prepping to Cook C - Knife Safety - Washing/Moving/Passing D - Allergy Safety and Awareness E - Kitchen Fires - Pot/Oven/Oil/Person F -  Scalds/Burns - Oven Protocol Group A: Washing Hands Poster - Should include full progression of how to properly wash your hands. Group B: Hygiene Poster - Should include ALL basic Hygiene Methodologies re: prepping to work in a kitchen. Group C: Knife Safety Poster -  Should include how to wash & store kn
