Students - I will be back for Friday!!! YAY! We will be making our fall rice krispy snacks/sculptures on Friday as an FYI!

Today's lesson - is on Food Sustainability. TTOC - please review the linked article 'What Does Food Sustainability Really Mean' with the class. Use the projector. Instructions as emailed. 

This article is also attached to your email with today's instructions. 

Once you have reviewed the full article with the class please then hand out laptops - go to the 'misc' tab with the sign out binder that comes with the cart to find this class regarding sign-outs. (Note: TTOC laptop cart #2 has been signed out to you from the library for this class - you can send a student to the library to retrieve the cart post content review).

Students - once you have reviewed the 'What Does Food Sustainability Really Mean' article please complete the following associated online worksheet inside of Teams > Assignments > 'Foods Sustainability Assignment.' Note: Students - FULL SENTENCES REQUIRED. Total marks /15. 

Once in Teams - Click on the 'Foods Sustainability Assignment,' read the directions and type in your answers directly inside the attached assignment inside of Teams. Once you are done please click 'Close' and 'Turn In' on that assignment. 

Tip - Students - once you are done the online assignment for today please meet with your lap groups to ensure that your head chef for the final exam has submitted your 'End of Semester Final Practical Exam Recipe Prep' assignment inside of Teams as well. DUE TODAY!!!! I only have 2 of 6 lap groups who have completed this to date. 

Extra Time? - everything done? Uno at the front.
